What is collected and why
The contact form collects the name, email address and message you choose to submit. This data is used solely to read and respond to your message. It is not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with third parties beyond the processors listed below.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — responding to a business enquiry you initiated. You can object to this processing at any time using the contact address above.
Processors
Messages are delivered by email through Resend (resend.com). The site is hosted by Vercel. Anonymous usage statistics are collected via Google Analytics; this does not require the contact form data.
Retention
Contact-form messages are kept in the recipient mailbox for up to 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to roman.s.tereshchenko@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
